At Padelmajesty, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This page explains how exchanges and returns work, in line with European consumer protection laws.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and labels.

2. Conditions for Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product (for example, for a different size or model), the item must still be in unused, original condition.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not in stock, we will offer a refund or alternative options.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of use

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened

  • Customized or personalized products

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it may be declined.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start the process, email hello@padelmajesty.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you want to return or exchange

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos, if applicable

We will reply with instructions on where and how to send your item.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to change of mind (not a defect or our error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

7. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

8. Non-Delivery or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived, contact us and we will track the shipment. If the courier confirms loss, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
